Because each platter is handmade in small batches, slight irregularities are expected. These are not defects, but signs of authentic craftsmanship.
STORY: Tamegroute is a small village located in the Draa River valley in southern Morocco - just outside the Sahara Desert. Within the main square of Tamegroute, you find 7 ovens which belong to the only 7 pottery families. Each family has 1 oven and their own "showroom" built of clay. The trade is carried over between generations.
Tamegroute pottery are true showpieces showing that even imperfect can be perfect - no two pieces will be identical.

I received damaged unusable bowls which seller said were unacceptable and not up to normal standards.
I was unable to reach seller as they were unable to accept any emails.
I finally heard from seller and returned the items but am still waiting for a credit at this time.

We reached out via email multiple times with responses on 12/28, 12/29 (2), 12/31 with apologies and a solution to return the purchase with pre-paid label and process your refund. Following our communication, a fraud claim was filed on your end through your bank which unfortunately takes the refund process out of our hands.
I would suggest checking in with your bank on that claim as the charges were already removed from our account.
Again, we do acknowledge the condition of the items and apologize for the inconvenience. We had wished to replace the plates for you to rectify the situation and get you a great set of plates.
One of my dinner plates was received broken. Shop said they would send a replacement. I’ve never received any tracking or the replacement. Seller is not responding now.
Love the bowls from Azulike. They are a perfect size for a variety of things ranging from a bowl of soup to cereal. Each bowl contains its own unique intricate details. They are absolutely beautiful. The best part- they are dishwasher safe. My family has thouroughly enjoyed using these and plan to purchase a whole dish set. Leslie was very responsive and timely in fulfilling my order. We absolutely love our speckled green bowl set! Each one is a little unique since they are hand made (which we love) along with the fact that they are also dishwasher safe is! Anyone that comes over these sees the pieces immediately wants to know where they came from and what their story is. We love the colors and quality of these products so much we have the serving platters as well! We can’t recommend these stunning pieces and company enough!
