Where are Azulike items made?
Every Azulike piece is handmade in Morocco by local artisans. We work directly with weavers, potters, leatherworkers and more to bring you truly one-of-a-kind items crafted using traditional techniques specific to Morocco.
Are the items really one-of-a-kind?
Yes! Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two pieces are exactly alike. Expect slight variations in color, shape, or pattern — that’s the beauty of artisan work.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on its way. Freight shipments for larger pieces can take up to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the continental US.
🔁 Returns & Damages
Do you accept returns?
Because every piece is handcrafted and often delicate, all sales are final. **See below
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@azulikeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund depending on the item.
🧼 Product Care
Each item comes with its own individual care need — but here are some quick guidelines:
- Rugs → Shake out regularly; spot clean with mild soap and water; have professionally cleaned if needed.
- Ceramics → Hand wash is ideal. Not recommended microwave use.
- Leather → Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight. Wipe clean with a dry or damp cloth.

Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
We don’t currently offer custom designs, but if you’re searching for something in particular, let us know — we may be able to help or notify you when similar items are restocked.
