General Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on orders over $200.00 to the United States.

Shipping and delivery charges apply to all product categories unless you a receiving a local dropoff. (Savannah and surrounding areas)

Small items will ship at $6.95.

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered on the same day may not ship together, depending on their size. Any separate shipments will be updated with tracking information as received.

Our aim is to have your items processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Please note that we don't ship on the weekends or national holidays.

Shipping and delivery fees are no-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently unable to provide international shipping.

When will I receive my order?

Shipments through UPS and FEDEX ground will arrive between 3-5 days depending on your location.

If you are in need of expedited delivery, please contact us directly to arrange additional shipping.

You can keep updated on your delivery date with your tracking number.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Signature will be required for ordered that exceed $500.00, otherwise your package will be delivered as usual.

Where is my package?

Take a look at your tracking number that was send in your shipping confirmation. It will be quickest to look at the carrier website for estimated delivery dates.

It is possible that orders may encounter delays while in transit with the carrier. We are not responsible for those delays. If you have issues with the carrier, please reach out to their customer services.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

To initiate a return, please end an email to info@azulikeshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that final sale items are ineligible for return.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Returns for a refund incur the following re-stocking fees:

    • $0 (no fee) if your return includes blankets, throw pillow covers
    • $25 for most returned orders.
    • $65 if your return includes one or more oversized items (area rugs, planters)

Fees are assessed on a per return basis, not a per item basis. This means you will only be charged a single fee (depending on the items in your return). For example, if you are returning six pillows, you’ll be charged $25 when you return them together. If you add a chair (oversized item) to the return, the total fee is $65.


Items must be in new, undamaged condition.
